Terms & Conditions - Cabin Rental and Bed & Breakfast

Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy, and there is an additional charge of $15 / night per person for parties greater than two. Rates are subject to a 5% tax.

Reservation Deposits: Amazing Accommodations Alaska requires a reservation deposit equivalent to the rental rate of one night's stay to guarantee your reservation. For reservations of 3 nights or more, 50% of the total balance is due at the time the reservation is placed. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations: For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled Anchorage arrival date, Amazing Accommodations Alaska will refund 100% of the amount already paid, minus a $25 processing fee. For cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the amount paid will be forfeited but held as a credit toward future rentals. Letters of credit must be used within 12 months of cancellation date before expiring.

Late Check-ins: Arriving later than 7:00 PM is fine, as we provide self check-in. Please let us know in advance so that the necessary information can be included in your confirmation package.

Smoking: All rentals offered by Amazing Accommodations Alaska are NON-SMOKING. The renter is responsible for all costs for cleaning fees and/or damage repair resulting from cigarette/cigar smoke, plus an additional $100 fee.

Terms & Conditions - Motorhome Rentals

Rates: All rates are subject to state and local tax rates; a 3% local tax applies. All motorhome rentals require a 4 night minimum rental period. A $75 preparation fee is required for all rentals that are less than 7 nights. RV rental reservations of less than 7 nights cannot be made more than 60 days in advance. Rental rates are net rates, and it is up to travel agencies and tour operators to mark up their own convenience fees if applicable.

Reservation Deposits: Amazing Accommodations Alaska requires a $500 reservation deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. (We accept VISA/MasterCard, traveler checks, personal checks, and wire transfers). Upon arrival, the $500 reservation deposit is converted into a damage deposit and held during the rental period. If the motorhome rental is returned without damage and no additional charges are due, the deposit will be returned within 3 to 5 business days.

Cancellations: For cancellations made at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, Amazing Accommodations Alaska will refund 100% of the $500 reservation deposit. For cancellations occurring less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the amount paid will be forfeited but held as a credit toward future rentals. Letters of credit must be used within 12 months of cancellation date before expiring. Cancellations resulting from emergencies such as the death of a family member or hospitalization will result in a full refund of the $500 deposit, if written proof is provided.

Insurance: RV rental rates DO include insurance with a $2500 deductible. For all international customers, we require a CDW (Collision Damage Waver) Insurance purchase of $12 per day to reduce the deductible frome $2500 to $500. All U.S. customers must provide proof of insurance, and also have the option to purchase the $15 per day CDW Insurance.

Fuel: All motor home rentals begin with full tanks of gasoline and propane, and must be returned full as well. If not full upon return, the rental customer will be charged a $100 fee, plus the cost of the gasoline and/or propane needed to fill each tank.

Smoking: All rentals offered by Amazing Accommodations Alaska are NON-SMOKING. The renter is responsible for all costs for cleaning fees or damage repair resulting from cigarette or cigar smoke, plus the forfeiting of the $500 damage deposit.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed in our motorhome rental units. Also, you may NOT store fresh fish in the refrigerator/freezer. Violations will result in forfeiting the $500 damage deposit.

Gravel Roads: Traveling on gravel roads is prohibited by our insurance company. This includes the Denali Highway and Dalton Highway: Gravel roads in Alaska cannot be avoided, as most campgrounds and driveways are gravel. The insurance coverage DOES exclude the "unpaved highways" and wants you to avoid the unmaintained, washboard roads. If damage of any kind occurs on a gravel road, the rental customer is 100% responsible for the cost of repair (this includes mechanical failures).

Other Requirements: Driver must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license. There is no extra cost for additional drivers.

Early Returns: There are NO refunds for early returns.

Amazing Accommodations Alaska offers a FREE shuttle service for up to 4 people with luggage.
